Last week Haley left our studio to visit one of our accounts. It is a beautiful store, a home gallery with gorgeous gifts, creative way of displaying their goods, and a store that offers great inspiration for one seeking a piece of jewelry, art, or furniture. They have been a customer of baroni’s for years. However, just this year, they made a conscious decision to go for it with baroni and really elevate our presence in their store.
Together, we worked on a display plan, a trunk show, a fabulous window display and a gorgeous selection of jewelry. It was a big decision for them. It isn’t easy these days to commit to growth with an unstable economy and cautious customers. Yet, these insightful store owners and gallery managers were smart and brave enough to realize that being fearful is the worst thing we can do. Fear paralyzes us, makes us unsure and unclear. The best thing we can do now is to be creative, commit to something. Creativity inspires others. We know the stores who are doing best are those that keep it changing, new merchandise, new displays, and new products. It works. It elevates our moods and those around us. When we feel good, we become clearer.
